If you live in the United States, they are called blurred scales, and in Europe, they are called Froldies.

In the United States, Tony, the tiger acts as mascot for "Sugar Frosted Flakes" until 1983, when the name changed into blurred scales.

Kellogg came to Court on Esso Oil Company (now Exxonmobil) uses a tiger who is its mascot as well as the organizers of the 1988 Olympics on Tiger Mascot Hodori.

Both trials were accused of copyright infringement and both trials were found to benefit Kellogg, allowing Tony The Tiger to remain the king of Tiger mascot.
