Pokémon - a Kangaskhan baby theory
Most of your 90 children will know very well Pokémon, it's a big fever!

Yes, a Kangaskhan is a species only for female without male partners, but the sex of Kangaskhan babies is not mentioned anywhere.
So Cubone is male Baby Kangaskhan, that's why they don't have a bag, although if these things are developed into an adult Kangaskhan, it will become female.
