"Every penny makes a difference in credit debt"
Some people are too serious about saving money, would you cross the street to pick up a penny on the floor?
I don't, but the people in Poole, UK do!
Pound World was out of business because a street store called 99p Stores, selling similar products but cheaper than 1p!
Is crazy!
Here's what the Pound World manager had to say: "It's great that we have to close because of a penny difference!"
Did he think he just changed the store's name to '97p or less' store?
It should easily shut down the 99p store, especially when you hear what a public shopper at Poole said:
“I would definitely cross the street if it meant I could buy a similar item for a cent cheaper, the more you buy it for 99p, the more pennies you save.
Pound World will reopen in a different location, under a different name, but it will still be a pound shop.
