A total of 40 squirrels, professionally trained by animal coaches Nut Michael Alexander and his team.
They spent a total of 19 weeks of training these squirrels for a scene.
The squirrels are trained to sit on the stool while they open the seeds and drop nuts on their conveyors.
At first they wanted to train 100 squirrels however due to the fact that squirrels could be difficult to handle and unpredictable, they trained 40 and the rest were animated later.
