But you might be surprised by some of the weird and wonderful combinations Domino's offers, so here are 25 puzzling facts about Domino's.

The chain was originally called "DomiNick's", after founder Tom Monaghan and his brother bought an existing pizza store in 1960 in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

In 1965, Monaghan opened three pizzerias and the name was changed to "Domino's Pizza", because the original owner said DomiNick's was no longer allowed to be used for business expansion.

Domino's has about 17,000 stores in 90 countries, with about 100,000 drivers delivering and a total of more than 350,000 employees.

Globally, an average of three million pizzas are sold at Domino's every day.

In 1992, Domino's offered the country's first non-pizza item;
